Dr. S.K. Sithole is a dedicated Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a special interest in oncology. He obtained his MBChB degree from the University of Limpopo (Medunsa Campus) in 2006, marking the beginning of a medical career that now spans nearly 19 years of service in the healthcare sector.
He began his career as a Medical Officer, later serving as Head of the Medical Unit at Lady Frere Hospital. His unwavering passion for women's health inspired him to further his studies in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and the College of Medicine of South Africa, where he completed his specialist training in 2022 and became a registered Specialist in 2023.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Sithole has worked at various institutions, including Harry Gwala Hospital, OR Tambo Memorial Hospital, and currently serves as a Medical Specialist at Tshilidzini Hospital. Through his extensive practice, he has helped and cared for over 10,000 women — offering support in maternal care, reproductive health, and complex gynaecological conditions.
